Now in its seventh year, the two week festival will this year will run from Saturday 15th – Sunday 31st September, and can attract over 1000 attendees to around 60 events.

Homeowners, businesses and those who run community buildings voluntarily open their doors to show others what renewable energy or energy saving measures they have implemented.

If you’ve installed a biomass boiler that you love or PV panels that you’re delighted with and would like to hold an event, that would be great.

Your event will be publisised in our festival leaflet and listed on our website.  Attendees book in advance through the website, so we know who is coming and how many people are likely to arrive.  On the day, a representative from CAfS will be in attendance and will ask the attendees to sign in, do an introduction about the festival, CAfS other projects and activities and of course health and safety and will then hand over to you.  They will stay at the event to help and often offer extra advice.

As each of our events is so different, to ensure we get as much detail as possible, please complete the form below.
